Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

This Protein Ball recipe is one of our all time favourites. Chocolate, peanut butter and a protein hit. Whats not to like, prep a bunch of these and keep hand for your work outs during the week.


● 1.5 cup oats
● 1/3 cup cashews, roughly chopped
● 1/3 cup dates, roughly chopped
● 2 tablespoon cacao powder
● 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
● 2 tablespoon peanut butter
● Milk
● Crushed peanuts for rolling


1. Soften peanut butter in microwave for 30 seconds
2. Add oats, cashews, dates, cacao, protein and peanut butter to food processor. Blitz ingredients
3. Slowly add milk until dry ingredients begin to combine into a moist dough
4. Roll into balls and toss in crushed peanuts. Refrigerate
